Lead Mentoring Program Coordinator

1. Lead all mentoring programs, ensuring their success from start to end.
   
2. Act as a project manager by allocating tasks to the team and ensuring smooth program execution.
   
3. Plan and oversee the student selection, onboarding, and nurturing processes.
   
4. Give program orientations to students, helping them understand the mentoring process.
   
5. Visit colleges and establish partnerships for mentoring programs.
   
6. Maintain accurate student and volunteer data for all mentoring programs.
   
7. Analyze mentoring data, identify gaps to improve the quality of the mentoring program.
   
8. Plan and manage logistics for mentoring programs, ensuring everything is ready when needed.
