Program Coordinator

II. JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for planning, organising other task delegations assigned by the reporting supervisor from time to time.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

• Analysing data and maintaining department metrics.
• Provide checking reviewing support.
• Managing communication from EVP-CD desk; which includes curating creating communication email public forum communications.
• Tracking managing ATR s.
• Strategic intervention while felicitating reviews dashboards.
• Partner with team members on critical project tracking.
• Key team member in planning and executing special events (i.e. departmental awards, Senior Leadership Team meetings).
• Business development and paper review.
• Leading participating in specific academic programmes from time to time

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Measurable Deliverables

• Zero Escalations.
• Zero error in reporting DBs
• Manager s feedback
• Overall process excellence documentation

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate (BDS will be preferred)

Experience

2 to 5 years experience in a similar role.

Behavioural Skills

• Good Communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyse critical situations.

Technical Skills

• Sound Computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Language Skills

English Hindi
