Job Description
As a Data Process Automation Intern at Team Everest , you will help organize, clean, and manage data. You will work with different teams to make sure we have the right data to make better decisions.
No worries if you are new to this! We will train and support you throughout the internship.
Requirements What You Will Do?
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries through email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to our programs and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions for stakeholders.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
- Document stakeholder interactions and maintain records.
- Follow helpdesk procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
- Stay updated on our programs, services, and policies to provide accurate support.
- Support during weekends or holidays on a rotational basis, if required.
What Were Looking For?
Education: Any Graduate (Final-year students only)
Skills required for Job:
- Strong command of English.
- Fluency in Hindi speaking, writing and reading.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to plan well and handle queries calmly.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Work Ethic: Willingness to learn, work hard, and handle tasks independently & in a team.
