We  are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to assist our recruitment team. This role involves sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone interviews. You will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and help identify top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess qualifications.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
