Role HR Intern for Talent Acquisition- University relations and campus hiring

Locations- Mumbai

Duration- 6 Months

Reporting to- Ops Manager Talent Acquisition and Client Relations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Establish co-ordinates for different colleges and universities to build connections.
• Build Relationship with TPOs and Department Heads.
• Secure opportunities to host campus hiring events.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for campus hiring programs.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance campus presence.
• Maintain recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring progress.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remote be diligent and self-disciplined.
• This job requires you to meet college SPOCs in person and be on campus during hiring event.
