Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
• Engage in active account management by understanding clients' needs and objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Actively contribute to achieving team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account delivery and exceed client expectations.
• Assist clients in resolving issues, providing proactive solutions, and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of international sales experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proven experience in negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer strategic solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
