Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide training to new hires on blended process, chat process, customer service, email process, international BPO, international chat, product training, processing, soft skills training, and technical training.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop customized solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skill
- on paper with minimum 3 to 4years of experience as trainer with international BPO (non voice process )
