Job Description

1. Provides leadership and supervision to the large diverse team, ensuring that appropriate skilled resources are in place to deliver services with committed service levels and excellent experience to the customer
2. Leadership engagement with the customer at the strategic level
3. Undestanding on managing IT infrastructure team, with In depth Knowledge on IT IL
4. A very strong customer orientated approach with a delivery bias
5. Ability to prioritise and allocate resource/effort appropriately for ensuring efficient delivery
6. Resolving cross program issues by coordinating with the major stakeholders

Must Have
1. Experience in working and interacting with diverse groups of people (internal and external), ability to gather and assimilate information from large groups of people, and ability to communicate effectively and professionally with people
2. Possesses excellent persuasion, negotiation and judgment skills
3. Effectively assesses and advises on major programme
