Role Overview
We seek an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager who can design, execute, and optimize innovative, channel-agnostic campaigns. This role requires someone who can manage both the high-level planning and day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will be skilled in running comprehensive email and Expandii campaigns, as well as other outbound and inbound marketing efforts while maintaining a process-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
1. Develop strategic, multi-channel campaign plans that align with overall business goals.
2. Create detailed campaign roadmaps that outline objectives, target audiences, messaging, channel strategies, KPIs, and timelines.
3. Ensure that campaigns are well-structured, measurable, and aligned with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
Campaign Execution:
1. Lead and manage the execution of campaigns across various channels, including email, Expandii, LinkedIn, social media, events, and workshops.
2. Oversee the development and distribution of creative assets, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across channels.
3. Implement best practices for campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
1. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet their goals.
2. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
3. Adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal use of resources and alignment with business outcomes.
Process Management:
1. Establish and maintain structured processes for campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
2. Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with company standards and best practices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of campaigns.
Required Skills:
1. Proven experience in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on email and Expandii.
2. Ability to think strategically while managing the details of campaign execution.
3. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
4. Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign tracking, analytics, and performance optimization.
5. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technology or service-driven environment.
3. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and campaign management platforms.
4. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
