Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Pune.
- This on-site role involves implementing a wide range of marketing activities to drive brand awareness, public relations, demand generation, digital marketing, and channel marketing.
- You will work under the guidance of the Director of APAC Marketing and collaborate closely with the Managing Director for India & Middle East to align marketing efforts with business and sales objectives across these regions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Planning:
- Design and execute integrated marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to support the sales pipeline.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel Sales, Pre-sales, and other stakeholders to implement marketing programs aligned with business goals.
Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, focusing on maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Generate reports and analytics to evaluate results against regional targets and refine marketing strategies.
Channel Marketing:
- Develop and execute regional channel marketing programs in collaboration with the channel team and local partners.
- Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) with local partners and key alliances.
Content Development and Localization:
- Create and localize press releases, sales enablement tools, presentations, collateral, and regional success stories.
- Maintain inventory for marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Internal Communication:
- Communicate marketing initiatives, product announcements, events, and sales enablement tools to the local team.
Lead and Database Management:
- Oversee lead generation and database processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with SDR and sales teams to manage lead dispositioning, qualification, and contact management.
Marketing Program Execution:
- Coordinate internal and external resources to launch and execute marketing programs efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to standardized marketing processes and tools.
Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Implement inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns to support regional objectives.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-8 years in marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MS Windows applications.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting ideas.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and peers.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the contact center and customer service market space is a plus.
