Technical Skills:
- Frameworks and Methodologies: Expertise in developing hypotheses, designing tests, and utilizing frameworks like the Growth Hacking Funnel, PIE (Potential, - Importance, Ease), or ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) scoring model to prioritize experiments.
- Persuasive Copywriting: Basic knowledge of conversion-focused copywriting to identify messaging improvements that can enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Web Analytics Tools: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hotjar for analyzing user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion metrics.
- A/B Testing Tools: Expertise in tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or Convert to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests, and split tests.
- Statistical Analysis: Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as significance, confidence intervals, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
