HR Recruiter

About the Role:

As a Recruiter at Trayaa Health, you will play a critical role in building our high-performing team. You will source and attract top talent, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. You will work closely with hiring managers across the organization to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews
• Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and extending offers
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define candidate requirements
• Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters and vendors

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting
• Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
