We are looking for a creative and skilled Video and Graphic Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality videos and graphics that match our brand and marketing goals. Your work will shape how we tell our story across social media, websites, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Videography

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for promotions, products, and events.

- Operate cameras, lights, and audio tools to create professional-quality visuals.

- Work with the team to conceptualise, and develop ideas and storyboards for videos.

Video Editing

- Edit video clips into polished content with smooth transitions, music, and effects.

- Adapt videos for different platforms, ensuring they meet technical and quality standards.

- Organise and manage video files and assets.

Graphic Design

- Design graphics for digital and print, like social media posts, banners, brochures, and ads.

- Create layouts and visuals that align with the brand's identity.

- Work with the marketing team to ensure designs match campaign messages.

General

- Stay updated on trends in video editing, graphic design, and videography.

- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

- Make sure all content follows brand guidelines and looks consistent.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience working in a creative agency with hands-on experience executing shoots.

- Experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design (portfolio required).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.

- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

- Good time management and organisational skills.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a bonus.
