Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to establish and manage impactful partnerships that align with PillUp's mission.
- Identify, negotiate, and execute collaborations with organizations such as:
- Old age homes and senior living facilities.
- Insurance companies.
- Hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Pharmaceutical companies.
- Telemedicine and healthcare technology providers.
- Caregiver associations and wellness programs.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.
- Act as the primary liaison for all partnership-related matters.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Proposal Development and Reporting:
- Prepare compelling partnership proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential collaborators.
- Monitor the performance of existing partnerships, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or technology sectors.
Key Competencies:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships and achieving tangible business results.
- Ability to analyze market trends and craft strategies to leverage opportunities.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in creating business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and partnership management software is a plus.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
