Co-Lending & Partnership Role - NBFC (4-12 yrs)

Co-Lending & Partnership for a Leading NBFC Company

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the co-lending strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives.

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions.

- Manage the end-to-end co-lending process, including deal structuring, negotiations, and execution.

- Monitor and assess the performance of co-lending partnerships, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate co-lending solutions into existing product offerings.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advance degree preferred.

- Proven experience in lending, finance, or a related role, with a strong background in co lending or partnership management.

- Strong understanding of the NBFC sector, financial products, and regulatory environment.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth through partnerships.
