Job Description: Social Community Manager/ Social Media Manager

Position: Social Community Manager/ Social Media Manager

Location: Bangalore

Department: Marketing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all of TatvaCare's social platforms, creating engaging content, building strong brand IPs, and driving community engagement through innovative social strategies. This role demands someone who is self-driven, with a flair for content creation and a keen understanding of social media trends and moments.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Manage all TatvaCare products' social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc)

- Ensure consistent brand voice, message, and presence across all platforms.

- Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner.

Content Creation:

- Develop and create compelling visual and written content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) aligned with the brand's goals.

- Stay updated on trends and popular content formats to generate fresh, creative ideas.

- Ensure content resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.

Brand IP Development:

- Build and strengthen key intellectual properties (IPs) for the brand that connect with the audience on a deeper level.

- Identify opportunities for content series, campaigns, and other initiatives to establish strong brand recognition.

Content Calendar Execution:

- Plan, create, and execute an end-to-end content calendar to ensure consistency and strategic alignment with marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with other teams to integrate key business initiatives and product launches into social media strategy.

Influencer Collaborations:

- Work closely with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that drives brand awareness and community engagement.

- Identify and nurture long-term influencer partnerships aligned with brand values.

Build UGC and execute a UGC strategy:

- Strategies to develop UGC via actual users and influencers

- Develop UGC across channels

- Disseminate UGC across channels as social proof to increase trust in brand

Brand Partnerships:

- Enable and manage strategic brand partnerships to expand Tatvacare's reach and visibility across various social platforms.

- Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners to achieve mutual goals.

Trend Monitoring & Execution:

- Keep track of real-time marketing (RTM), trends, and moments to integrate timely, relevant content into the brand's social media strategy.

- Leverage popular cultural moments to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Creative Thinking & Idea Generation:

- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, constantly pushing the creative boundaries of social content.

- Create impactful reels, videos, and other content formats that resonate with the community.

Product Promotions:

- Oversee the promotion and visibility of all TatvaCare products across social platforms.

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure the brand's product portfolio is well-represented and promoted effectively on social media.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing social media accounts and content creation.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.

Ability to create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, reels, etc.).

Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to execute content calendars.

Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for social media and creative marketing.

Ability to build and maintain influencer and brand partnerships.

Excellent understanding of RTMs, trends, and social media moments.

A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and solutions.

Strong interest in wellness and the ability to connect with TatvaCare's target audience.
