Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry, and a passion for driving revenue growth through effective strategic planning and relationship-building. This role will require a proactive leader with strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to increase resort bookings and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales function for Tathastu Resorts across all locations (Pench, Satpura, Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Tadoba etc.).
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue, maximize bookings, and expand market reach.
• Identify new business opportunities through partnerships with travel agents, corporate clients, tour operators, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, special offers, and promotions to increase occupancy.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business success.
• Manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Regularly track and report on sales performance, providing insights and forecasts to upper management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and management) to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and revenue management in the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• In-depth understanding of the resort industry, particularly in wildlife and nature tourism.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead a team towards success.
