Senior Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new partners with properties, onboarding them onto our platform, and managing their accounts to ensure optimal performance and bookings. • Identify and target potential property partners, including vacation rentals, hotels/resorts with focus on nature-centric accommodations.
• Search leads & conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present the benefits of partnering with our platform.
• Build and deliver compelling presentations, showcasing how the platform can drive bookings and increase revenue for partners.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring their properties are set up accurately and effectively on the platform.
• Assist in creating appealing property listings by optimizing photos, descriptions, and pricing strategies.
• Provide training to partners on using the platform, including tools and analytics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned property partners, fostering strong and trusting relationships.
• Regularly review partner performance and provide actionable insights to improve bookings and revenue.
• Monitor competitor trends and local market dynamics to advise partners on pricing, promotions, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely support to resolve partner concerns.
