Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including air tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages.
  
• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or walk-ins to provide travel solutions.
  
• Process ticketing requests for various modes of transportation (flights, trains, hotels).
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to bookings or cancellations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and updates customers on confirmations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in sales executive roles within the travel industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of airline routes, schedules, fares & policies; familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus/Galileo preferred.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
