Lead - SAP & CLCM

Objective

Responsible for installation, upgrade, maintenance and support of all components of SAP Infrastructure

1. Own the architecture design of SAP Infrastructure in TTL
2. Support data center teams with SAP Best Practices

Major Deliverables

1. Ensure the SAP based systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment
2. Ensure configuration and maintenance of high availability & DR solution for SAP applications
3. Analyze and recommend upgrades, new products to IT Team
4. Manage Client administration, Transport Management etc
5. Establish SAP Enterprise Integration strategy
6. Develop quality code and its associated documentation within and established framework of development standards
7. Collaborate with analysts, designers and system owners in the testing of SAP software programs and applications
8. Analyze ABAP dumps, EWA reports etc and implement corrective actions
9. Ensure adherence to SAP License policies
10. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services, business processes and system priorities, technology trends
11. Steer and coordinate all project realization related activities to ensure time schedules are being achieved and all quality standards are being implemented
12. Implement a continuous progress and performance monitoring process
13. Have real time visibility of what has been promised, what is needed and what can be delivered
14. Close the project and initiate a final project review to ensure best practice sharing
15. Testing, automating the test data creation process
16. Ensures the business need is addressed by the technical solution
17. Monitoring the resolution of escalated IT issues
18. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services, business processes and system priorities, technology trends
19. Ensure availability of applications to end users
20. Drives the SAP Transformation initiative

1. Very good knowledge of various SAP modules, Oracle Database and Unix, Linex and Windows Operating systems
2. Very good understanding and working experience in configuring SAP, Database and OS parameters
3. Knowledge to TCO and technology life cycle management
4. Experience with SAN and Network connected technologies
5. Solid understanding of risk and security practices including antivirus, system hardening, system patching etc.
6. Broad skills and knowledge around IT methods, practices and service processes
7. Working knowledge of network load balancers, firewalls, reverse proxies etc

1. Very good understanding of integration capabilities with other modules and third party applications including cloud offerings
2. Good organizational capabilities and experience of managing multiple off-roll project teams simultaneously
3. Ability to consistently focus on and achieve aggressive Time, Cost Quality targets for delivery projects
4. Strong customer focus and business orientation
5. Experience in managing the partner echo system

Desired Attributes

1. Working Knowledge of S4HANA, IDM/ADS integration, Cloud based applications like Oracle Fusion HCM, Concur, Ariba etc.
2. Project Management Tools, MS Excel & PowerPoint
3. Must be an effective communicator and must have good influencing ability and interpersonal skills
4. Team Player with strong conflict management capabilities
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage teams/partners at different locations

Qualification B Tech / MBA and SAP Certification Desired Experience(years) 10 /12 Years
