Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead Acquisition & Partner Marketing Manager to drive high-impact ATL & BTL activations, co-marketing programs, and digital engagement for SME and enterprise customers. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing channel partner programs, and optimizing demand generation efforts to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead conversion.

Key Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in marketing, with 4-5 years in channel marketing.
Proven expertise in ATL & BTL activations, demand generation, and event marketing.
Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and CRM-based lead management.
Experience in the telecom or related industry preferred.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed environment.
