Tata Steel - Assistant Manager - Environment RM (2-7 yrs)

- To contribute in planning and Implementation of ABP and strategies for the environment functions across the value chain of Mining activity

- Should have good knowledge of Tata Steel Environment management system and able to give suggestions related to environmental issues in the organization so that they can implement the project to improve environmental performance

- To provide technical support and analytics assessment of the existing performance. Hence, improvement and long-term planning can be prepared and executed.

- Shop Floor Audit of each operational unit (Related to environmental issue).

- Obtaining all required statutory clearances, consents & authorizations related to Environment / Preparation of applications & making presentations

- Ensuring compliance of Tree Plantation as per mining scheme.

- Monitoring & ensuring compliance to different EC & CTO conditions.

- Ensuring Monitoring of Environmental parameters Air, Water, Noise, etc.

- Guiding people for monitoring & analysis of environmental parameters / Analysis of data & initiating corrective actions for improvement.

- Coordination & Facilitation for Calibration Facilities to all CAAQMS analyzers as per requirement

- Facilitating in Forest Clearance process for mines.

- Identifying the projects for Environment & Sustainability and driving for implementation of same.

- Ensuring Compliance of Safety standards at workplaces.

- Ensuring functioning of ETP/STP/WTP at the locations as per standards.
