Tata Steel - Manager - Land Registered Mortgage (3-7 yrs)

- The position exists to facilitate land acquisition, alienation, R&R projection, site selection and land sourcing for expansion of existing mine / various project requirements.

- This position is also responsible for appropriate negotiation with the stake holders viz villagers, Govt. authorities etc for direct purchase of land in company's interest and coordination with revenue/other relevant authorities and assist Sr. Manager in functional roles.

- To Purchase undisputed land as per standard, monitor all existing land parcels of the Company across locations for legal compliance including mutation, rent payment.

- To facilitate the process of Forest Diversion Proposals, arrange non-forest Govt. land/ degraded forest land towards Compensatory Afforestation and prepare CA schemes.

- Also, keeping updated geo-referenced maps and updating land use plan on regular basis
