Job Description

Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product listings and categories in modern trade outlets.
  • Drive volume growth and improve market share through effective negotiation and product placement
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at stand-alone modern trade outlets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, concerns, and queries.
Merchandising and Visibility
  • Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in-store according to agreed planograms.
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams to maintain shelves fully stocked
  • Monitor and enhance promotional displays, ensuring compliance with marketing standards.
Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Implement promotional activities and schemes as per company guidelines.
  • Track and manage account receivables to ensure timely payment collection.
What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field with prior FMCG experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in modern trade
  • Proven experience in managing stand-alone modern trade accounts is an advantage.
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ?
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EVERY WEEK NEW NPD DIFFERENT BRAND HEADS AND TEAMS BUT EVERYTHING IS PUSHED ON ONE ASM AND TSE HUGE TEAM SIZE 30-40 PEOPLE Morning and Evening Gate meeting compulsory tea cost during date meetings is around 750 and expense for the day is fixed at 500 Multiple brands good sale but brand is not getting developed due to low concentration since the span is so huge !!
