Job discription:
Having minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in Legacy Voice and Data circuits provisioning, migration, disconnect processes
Must have worked in TIRKS (Trunks Integrated Record Keeping System) tool
Must have worked in provisioning TDM circuits (DDS, T1, Channelized T1, DS0, DS1, DS2,DS3 circuits, etc)
Hands-on experience in DMS100 and other legacy voice switches
Good understanding and experience in SS7 protocol and STP ( Signal Transfer Point)
Having experience in BRIs, PRIs, DDIs, etc,,
Good communication skills
Willing to work US Eastern time zone and shifts.
