Job Title: L2 Wireless Engineer (Aruba)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Level 2 Wireless Engineer to join our team, specializing in Aruba wireless solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Aruba wireless networks, as well as providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure Aruba wireless controllers, access points, and switches.
Perform initial setup and configuration of Aruba wireless networks.
Troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues and resolve technical problems.
Conduct site surveys and RF planning to ensure optimal wireless coverage.
Configure and manage Aruba wireless security features, including authentication and encryption.
Monitor and maintain wireless network performance, including troubleshooting and optimizing network issues.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Stay up-to-date with Aruba product releases, updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in wireless networking, preferably with Aruba solutions.
Good knowledge of wireless networking concepts, including RF principles, Wi-Fi protocols, and network architecture.
Expert in Aruba wireless products, including controllers, access points, and switches.
Good Understanding of network security principles and protocols.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Team management ability

*Nice to Have:*

Aruba certification (ACMA, ACCP, or ACMX).
Experience with other wireless vendors (e.g., Cisco, Ruckus).
Knowledge of network management systems (e.g., AirWave, ClearPass).
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
