Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for collection of two wheeler loan accounts.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and optimize processes.
  
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in vehicle finance industry, preferably in collections or recovery role.
  
• Strong understanding of two wheeler loans, financing concepts, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
  
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient workflow management.
