Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, relationship management, and customer acquisition.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries, address concerns, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in BFSI sector (Business Loan/BL/Unsecured Loans) or related field.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  
• Strong understanding of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channel management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
