Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for auto loans, commercial vehicle loans, tractor loans, two wheeler loans, and vehicle finance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase loan collection rates and reduce delinquencies.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking with dealerships and other stakeholders in the industry.
