Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales of gold loan products.
- Candidate should be comfortable for Field sales & Marketing.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to loan disbursements, interest rates, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of loan processes.
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits and generate leads for gold loans.

There is literally nothing to like about Cholamandalam Investment & Finance.
Work culture, Team Management, They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.
