Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing:
  
• Process end-to-end payroll using SAP, ensuring accurate calculations for employee salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
• Ensure payroll is processed timely, including the preparation and disbursement of paychecks and electronic payments.
• Maintain records for salary structures, benefits, and allowances, updating them as needed in SAP.
• Data Management & Compliance:
  
• Input and update employee data in SAP, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in salary or benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll.
• Prepare statutory filings for taxes, provident fund, and other social security contributions, and ensure timely submission to the appropriate authorities.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  
• Generate payroll reports from SAP for management and finance departments, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and other customized reports.
• Provide analysis of payroll data and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payroll transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of annual reports and audits related to payroll.
• Employee Support:
  
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, deductions, and other related concerns.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues.
• Provide accurate documentation to employees for tax purposes, including pay stubs, tax filings, and benefits information.
