Experience:
• BE Mechanical / Production, MBA (Marketing / International Business/ SCM)
• Experience 4 to 7 years in the International Business of auto components
Requirement:
• Good Understanding of Automotive, EV, Off-Road, and Industrial markets of Europe and US; and other
potential markets like Australia, Indonesia, Africa, Russia, etc.
• Sound knowledge of Indian manufacturing capability in terms of the product categories of Ferrous and
non-Ferrous machined castings, machined forgings, precision machined components, Plastics, Rubber
and Composites
• Fair knowledge about manufacturing process, product costing and regional supplier base
• Understanding of global cultures and preference to person having knowledge of foreign languages like
German, French, Mandarin, etc.
• Personality Agile and Adaptive, good interpersonal skills, good analytical skills, Innovative and
Strategic in approach, good Negotiation skills.
• Self-driven person with entrepreneurial mind set. • Excellent Communication & presentation skills.
• Expert in MS Office tools. Hands on experience with SAP-SD,MM modules.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for new customer addition and Order book
• Lead the RFQ review activity and facilitate the win-loss analysis from time to time.
• Generate new customer lead.
• Responsible for growth with existing customer and horizontal deployment of existing products across
customers.
• Lead the new Product development by working closely with all the stake holders to ensure on-time
launch of products
• Closely monitor and track Monthly sales and Profitability for the accounts handled
• Lead the customer contracts – Master Supply agreement, Quality Agreement and other contracts
initiated from time to time. Working closely with Group Legal department
• Closely work with the Group BD team for group synergy projects and drive these projects within Supply
Chain Solutions
• Responsible for Digital and branding initiatives; participation in overseas Trade Fairs, International
Seminars, Meets, etc.
• Periodic updates / reviews with the senior management about the progress on set targets, market and
industry information.
• Competition mapping.
• Working with various tools for data mining & analysis
Location: Pune, India
