Job Description

Manager - International Business | Sales | 8 to 10 years | Noida

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Revenue: Managing existing global accounts to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Expanding accounts by introducing new products and ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • New Business Development: Identifying and acquiring new OEM accounts worldwide through outreach and exhibitions.
  • Market Strategy: Analysing global market opportunities and developing strategies for regional growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Gaining a deep understanding of internal manufacturing processes to create effective pitches for existing and new accounts.
  • Promotional Materials: Collaborating with the marketing team to prepare and analyse promotional collaterals for business development.
  • Business Planning: Preparing annual business plans and ensuring adherence to internal policies and statutory procedures.
  • Product Development Support: Coordinating with manufacturing teams to assist in developing new products, packaging and enhancements for OEM customers.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Managing customer complaints efficiently by liaising with manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams.
