Role: Chief Manager - Enterprise Risk Management

Location: Goregaon East

Job purpose:

To ensure effective of all controls relating to business processes and financial controls around recording, analysing, financial risk and reporting of financial transactions encompassing accounting, payment processing operation, reconciliations & Compliance with audit management .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and scheduling ICFR testing and Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) testing
2. Perform Walkthroughs to test design Effectiveness of Controls and identify Risks and controls and documentation of the same
3. Test evidence as part of management review of operating effectiveness roll forward and documentation of the same.
4. Identify design and operating GAPs, Design GAP remediation plan in co-ordination with process owners. Test Remediation plan
5. Finalize RCM and Obtain approvals from various HOD
6. To effectively manage the control and governance around accounting recording and reporting of financial transactions
7. To structure /weed out all ineffective redundant financial process with effective tools
8. Control validation testing and supporting other ERM project activities
9. Coordinating with Statutory & Internal auditors
10. Review and updation of functional risk registers

Qualification:

CA 5-8 years of experience in Internal audit, Internal Financial Control (IFC), knowledge of Risk and control self-assessment (RCSA), control design and operating effectiveness testing

Experience in general insurance and Insurance certifications -Associate of Insurance Institute of India - preferable
