As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic Business Manager to drive the sales of our iVolve product in the B2B market. If you have a proven track record of selling integration software, have a deep understanding of the B2B landscape, and are passionate about helping businesses solve complex integration challenges, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts for iVolve, focusing on identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with large enterprises in the B2B market.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies. Act as a trusted advisor to understand their business challenges and offer tailored integration solutions.
Product Evangelism: Drive awareness and understanding of the iVolve product among potential customers. Effectively communicate the platform's value proposition and how it addresses critical business needs like system integration, data synchronization, and real-time communication.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Tarento's growth objectives. Lead prospecting, negotiations, and deal closures, ensuring revenue growth and long-term customer success.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer pain points in the integration software and B2B landscape. Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine the go-to-market approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure the seamless execution of sales processes and customer onboarding.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and achievement of revenue targets.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-7 years of proven experience in selling integration software, enterprise software solutions, or related technology products in the B2B market. Experience in the software or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
- Sales Expertise: Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of integration solutions, APIs, data synchronization, cloud technologies, and how they impact business operations in a B2B setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Client-Centric Approach: A solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and driving customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, cloud technologies, and enterprise software architecture.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, opportunities, and manage sales pipelines.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.
