Tarento Technologies - Sales Development Role (1-4 yrs)

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Tarento Bangalore office, Hybrid

Notice period: Immediate joiner

We would prefer to evaluate candidates with 1-4 years of experience, particularly those who have worked in software companies and have a basic understanding of the Data & Analytics Domain.

Shift - 3PM to 12AM

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through various channels including outbound calls, emails, and social media.

- Initial Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospective clients to understand their needs, educate them about Tarento's offerings, and generate interest in our services.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure all activities are tracked in the CRM system.

- Schedule Meetings: Set up introductory meetings or calls between qualified leads and Tarento's Sales team.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and key insights to improve lead-generation strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and refine outreach campaigns and align strategies for optimal lead conversion.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English.

- Ability to understand customer needs and respond effectively.

- Self-motivated and resilient, with a proactive approach to work.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
