Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Type: Remote

Shift: Primarily night shift (max till 5 AM). Day shift flexibility, if required.

- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.

- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have experience working with US clients. The SDR will be responsible for reaching out to potential US-based clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential US clients to generate leads.

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status in the CRM.

- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into potential opportunities.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales development.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English.

- Experience in working with US clients.

- Ability to work in night shifts (max till 5 AM), with flexibility for day shifts, if needed.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.

- Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead qualification techniques.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
