Position: Growth Marketer

At Tangence, we are a dynamic design agency specializing in creative solutions for B2B clients, primarily in the USA. Were passionate about driving growth for our clients through innovative design and marketing strategies. Now, were seeking a results-oriented Growth Marketer to elevate our lead generation efforts and enhance our market presence.


Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketer, you will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads for our agency. You’ll leverage your expertise in LinkedIn ABM, email marketing, and tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and others to drive measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to target USA-based B2B clients, including CXOs and VPs of marketing.
    • Identify opportunities for growth through data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Leverage LinkedIn ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to identify and engage with high-value prospects.
    • Implement and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive lead conversions.
    • Use tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other CRMs to source, manage, and nurture leads.
  • Content Strategy and Execution:
    • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling narratives tailored to different audience segments.
    • Distribute content effectively across channels to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Monitor marketing KPIs such as CAC, lead quality, and campaign ROI to measure success.
    • Conduct A/B testing to continuously refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Market Research:
    • Analyze trends in the USA B2B market to uncover opportunities and craft impactful campaigns.
    • Stay updated with competitors and emerging tools in the marketing landscape.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on the USA and B2B markets.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn ABM, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content and messaging.
  • Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for growth marketing.
