Head - Marketing

Role Brief:

Lead and direct the marketing team, including digital marketing, advertising, communications, and creative teams for specific vertical ( Wellness/ Leisure/Villas & Bungalows) . Develop marketing plans, allocate resources, and set short-term and long-term goals. Analyze consumer behaviour, identify market opportunities, and design branding strategies. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts and participate in company planning. Drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Crafting strategies for the team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
• Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the vertical.
• Driving digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, whatsapp marketing and content marketing
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, and developing strategies to increase brand recognition. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Work with Performance marketing team and use analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, and providing regular reports to leadership. Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
• Coordinating and executing product launches, and developing go-to-market strategies
• Work together with internal teams to achieve targets. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Managing relationships with media outlets and industry influencers, and overseeing public relations activities
• Planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships
• Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

Skills :

Marketing lead needs to have strong leadership skills. Must have ability to think strategically and solve problems. Able to make quick but rational decisions when working under pressure. The ability to spot patterns and trends in user behavior is important for a head of marketing. This can help them understand how to improve a company's marketing or messaging. The Head needs to understand the uniqueness of the brand and their customers. Proficiency in digital marketing. The ability to communicate well both is essential for this role.
