Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a self-motivated Product Manager with relevant industry experience in Auto-Tech (e.g., Spinny, Cars24, Acko, PolicyBazaar, Park+). The ideal candidate should have experience in scaling products and driving incremental improvements in a live product.

- Product Optimization: Focus on funnel improvements, user research, and UX enhancement.

- Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics (GA), wireframing, and A/B testing to refine product performance.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with teams to meet deadlines and align on objectives.

- User Focus: Continuously improve the user journey and ensure a seamless product experience.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and execute actionable improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

- Industry Experience: Prior experience in Auto-Tech companies or related fields.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics, wireframing, GA, and A/B testing.

- Leadership: Self-driven, motivated, and capable of handling challenges independently.
