Distribution/Product Manager - AV Solutions (5-10 yrs)

The Distribution/Product Manager will be responsible for managing the regional distribution business for Audio, Video, and Display Solutions.

This role requires strong connections within the system integration and Tier 2/3 partner/reseller network to drive sales, develop relationships with the OEM community, and meet sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle regional distribution business for Audio, Video, and Display Solutions.

- Develop and manage relationships within the system integration and Tier 2/3 reseller network to generate sales.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with OEM partners to drive business growth.

- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for AV solutions.

- Develop and maintain efficient distribution networks to optimize sales performance.

- Organize product demos and submit proposals as required by clients.

- Formulate effective sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region.

- Set sales targets for the sales team and monitor performance.

- Understand the key factors for managing a successful regional distribution business.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in distribution and product management in the AV solutions industry.

- Strong network within system integrators and Tier 2/3 partners/resellers.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong OEM relationships.

- Expertise in managing regional distribution networks for AV products.

- Strong sales and marketing acumen, with the ability to develop creative strategies.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
