About us:
Reo.Dev is a modern revenue stack for Developer focused companies. We help Developer Tool companies identify which Engineering Teams have an Urgent need for their product and the highest likelihood of conversion. We capture and analyze a wide array of developer activity data from Github, Docs, Docker Installs, Communities, other dev specific sources and convert them to sales signals.
What will you be working on?
You will own and manage Reo.Dev's Product Marketing function. This includes:
- Owning company's product marketing strategy and execution.
- Leading a team of rockstar Product Marketing managers and ensuring they meet their full potential and grow in the organization.
- Owning Product and feature positioning, feature promotion plan and campaigns; and feature adoption metrics.
- You will co-own product engagement and customer retention with the product team.- This means you will be responsible for:
- Automated and Self Serve Customer Onboarding.
- Customer engagement lifecycle in and outside product.
- Ongoing education and training of the customer on the product.
Skill we are looking for in this role:
- This is a Team Lead role in a super early stage startup. We are looking at ambitious and passionate Product Marketing Leaders with 5-10 years experience, ideally with B2B SaaS startups. Few skills we will prefer:
- Past experience of working in early stage B2B SaaS startups in PMM Roles (5+ years).
- Ability to lead a team, be a mentor, as well as be hands-on in day to day operationS.
- Experience in marketing a product to US / Europe based audience.
- Past experience in conceptualising and executing PMM programs/ strategies.
