Key Responsibilities :

Product Positioning and Messaging :

- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers.

- Craft compelling value propositions that highlight the unique benefits of our SaaS product.

Go-to-Market Strategy :

- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new feature releases.

- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market plans.

Content Creation :

- Create engaging marketing and product explainer videos to showcase the product's features and benefits.

- Generate high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.

- Develop sales collateral and product documentation to assist the sales team.

Demand Generation :

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.

- Work with digital marketing teams to develop online advertising, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.

Customer Engagement :

- Develop customer engagement and retention strategies, including onboarding and lifecycle marketing.

- Gather and act upon customer feedback to improve the product and customer experience.

Competitive Analysis :

- Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.

- Identify opportunities to differentiate the product from competitors.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.

- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret market data and customer insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and the ability to develop persuasive messaging and content.

- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.

- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in creating marketing and product explainer videos.
