About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Marketing Lead to drive the strategy, planning, and execution of product launches across our complex hardware and software portfolio.
- You will oversee a team, including a Product Marketing Lead, and play a critical role in defining go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling product narratives, and ensuring seamless cross functional alignment.
- This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technological understanding, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for complex hardware and software products.
- Process Optimization: Create and implement SOPs and strategies for liaising with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Proactively collect, analyze, and implement customer feedback to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a Product Marketing Lead, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated, and customer-centric product positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Market Research & Insights: Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive informed decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with product and business objectives.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of impactful sales enablement materials, product collateral, and customer-facing content.
- Launch Excellence: Own and drive successful product launches, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and measurable results.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize product marketing effectiveness.
- Technological Understanding: Build a strong understanding of the hardware and software technologies underpinning our products, and simplify complex technical details for customers.
- Hands-On Leadership: Be an active participant in execution while empowering the team to perform at their best.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex hardware and software product launches.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring direct reports.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable strategies.
- Technological aptitude to grasp, simplify, and articulate technical product details.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.
