1. Leadership and Technical Mentorship: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, including embedded software engineers, to promote technical excellence, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement. Guide the team in optimizing real-time, high-performance systems aligned with program requirements.
2. Integrated System Development and Performance Optimization: Oversee seamless system integration, ensuring embedded software, hardware, and overall architecture meet rigorous performance standards, including real-time operation, power efficiency, and system robustness.
3. Program Execution and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead the RD project lifecycle across aerostructures, control systems, and energy storage. Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, and quality assurance teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and market-ready solutions within budget and on schedule.
4. Ground Control Systems (GCS) and Communication Integration: Drive advancements in ground and flight communication systems, focusing on robustness, ease of operation, and system integration. Ensure seamless coordination with UAV and aircraft platforms.
5. Technical Oversight in Aerostructures, Payloads, and Control Systems: Guide development and optimization of aircraft/rotorcraft components, including airframes, propulsion, payloads, and control systems. Drive advancements in materials, aerodynamics, and electro-mechanical design to enhance system stability and performance.
6. Regulatory Compliance and Functional Safety: Ensure all product designs meet regulatory standards and functional safety requirements, focusing on safe operation and reliability in mechatronics and embedded system interfaces.
7. Cross-Functional and Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments (e.g., engineering, product, quality assurance) to ensure alignment and shared goals in the RD initiatives.
8.Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Culture: Drive knowledge sharing across departments and foster a culture of continuous learning. Mentor team members, share technical expertise, and encourage adoption of new methodologies and embedded technologies.
