Desired Candidate profile :
- Relevant work experience between 10 to 15 years.
- Experienced in working with BFSI clients either in Delivery or Presales roles.
- Experience of working on proposals across Applications, Infrastructure, cloud AMS, Integrated deals. Should have vast exposure to at least one of the above areas.
- Should understand business and IT requirements for BFSI.
- Basic understanding of multiple technology stacks or solutions
- Reasonable understanding of Transition and Transformation solutioning.
- Aware of local laws, regulatory and compliance needs for BFSI clients.
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written and presentation.
- Experience of working with multi-cultural and multi-location teams.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Participating in RFP/RFI process from qualification to handover for delivery.
- Ability to articulate and develop winning solutions.
- Well experienced in liaising with internal, external stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of BFSI Industry and expertise in working on mid to large sized deals.
- Collaborating as a key member of the solution team supporting Value Design/Vertical/Delivery/Sales/Business finance teams.
- Ability to present solutions to clients, Participating in Solution Presentations/Bid defense, Client visits, pitching for proactive opportunities, preparing collaterals and Creating Point of Views.
- Ability to devise winnable propositions aligned to industry dynamics.
- Demonstrate Thought Leadership from Industry & domain perspective.
- Preferably experienced in responding to RFPs and RFIs for European clients.
- Highly skilled with MS office suite.
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
Primary Requirements & Skills (Must Have) :
- 5 + years of experience responding to RFI, RFP's and RFPQ's.
- 5+ years of experience with RFP solution design, efforts and cost estimations, financial reviews, pricing, Value articulation etc.
- 3+ years of work exposure to BFSI clients working in presales, business development or delivery roles.
- Experience of designing RFP solutions for integrated deals i.e. (Applications + Infrastructure), managed services, implementation etc.
- Familiarity with various commercial models i.e., FP, T&M, Outcome based, FMB etc.
- Reasonable understanding of business and IT requirements for Banking, Financial services & Insurance
- Experienced in RFP Solutioning across multiple technology stacks.
Secondary Requirements & Skills (Nice to Have) :
- Experience across both Delivery and Solutioning/Business Development roles.
- Knowledge of any specific COTS products relevant to BFSI & familiarity with Gen AI use case enablement is highly desirable.
- Analytical mind, good critical thinking skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Dynamic, Responsive, Ethical, and flexible.
