Job Description :
1. Must have min of 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture role and worked in medium to large sized Dynamics 365 implementations.
2. Involve in architecture topics & discussions, prepare solution design and lead implementation.
3. Must be in position to author Architecture Specification Document, High level design and detailed design.
4. Must be in position to present the Architecture to CI design authority forums for approvals, Cloud case approvals and governance.
5. Must have functional knowledge on Dynamics 365.
6. Must be able to provide guidance to the technical or functional team.
7. Must be able to steer platform architecture meetings both in Business and IT side.
8. Must be able to own and conduct Analysis and Design with business stakeholders.
9. Manage multiple customer stakeholders in different phases.
10. Must have technical expertise in various technologies required for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
Technical Skills Required :
- Architect, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead end-to-end Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) development and customization.
- Develop model-driven and canvas apps using PowerApps and integrate them with Dataverse and other external data sources.
- Define CRM data models, workflows, and business process flows to enhance customer experience.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerApps, and Power Automate solutions.
- Develop and implement custom plug-ins, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
- Oversee CRM security configurations, including role-based access control and data protection policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM, PowerApps, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform trends and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
- Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management, Functions, Service Bus) for integrations.
- Hands-on experience in designing CRM plugins, custom workflows, and business rules.
- Strong understanding of CDS (Common Data Service) / Dataverse architecture and relational data models.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SharePoint, Azure, and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and ALM for Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience in AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, or Copilot for PowerApps.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or other data analytics platforms.
