MS Dynamics Developer - Power Automate (6-8 yrs)

Job Title : MS Dynamics & Power Platform Developer

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Noida (Hybrid/Remote options available)

Experience : 6+ years

Key Responsibilities :

MS Dynamics Modules Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Sales Module and Service Module.

- Custom plugin development in Dataverse for tailored solutions.

Power Platform Development :

- Design, develop, and support automation solutions using Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.

- Create Canvas and Model-Driven apps with 3-5 years of experience.

- Develop and manage Power Automate flows for backend jobs, bulk updates to Dataverse, and integration with SharePoint, O365, etc.

Data Integration & Connector Management :

- Strong knowledge of Power Platform environments, Dataverse, and third-party data sources (non-CDS).

- Work with Power Platform Connectors, DLP Policies, Security Roles, and Core Framework for integration with external systems.

Azure and Office 365 Knowledge :

- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure, Office 365 (Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.), and related services.

- Familiar with OAuth, Client Credential Flow, and App Registration in Azure.

Governance and Best Practices :

- Understanding of governance and architecture within Power Platform, ensuring security and compliance.

- Awareness of Power Platform limits, performance tuning, and known issues (e.g., delegation, nested galleries) to improve app performance.

- Apply best practices for solution architecture and handle complex automation requirements.

Technical Requirements :

MS Dynamics :

- Must have experience with MS Dynamics Sales and Service Modules.

- Extensive experience with custom plugin development in Dataverse.

Power Platform Expertise :

- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience working with Canvas and Model-Driven apps.

- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integration with other systems like SharePoint and O365.

Cloud & Security :

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, and Office 365 suite.

- Experience with OAuth, App Registration, and other authentication protocols is a plus.

Development & Troubleshooting :

- Experience in optimizing performance issues, handling delegation and nested galleries, and building reusable components.

- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and delivering efficient solutions.

Preferred Skills :

Governance & Architecture :

- Some experience in governance and solution architecture within Power Platform.

- Awareness of the limits and best practices in designing scalable, efficient solutions.

Cloud Integration :

- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is an advantage.

- Experience with third-party integrations and data sources.
