Solution Architecture & Design :
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions that align with business needs.
- Develop CRM architecture standards, governance policies, and best practices.
- Define data models, security models, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365.
- Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with ERP (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations), Azure services, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
- Implementation & Customization
- Lead CRM solution design sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, C#, and Plugins.
- Develop custom workflows, business process flows, and automation to enhance productivity.
- Implement AI-driven insights, chatbots, and customer engagement tools within Dynamics 365.
- Integration & Data Management
- Design and implement data migration and integration strategies using Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Dataverse connectors.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across CRM and integrated systems.
- Optimize API-based integrations, web services, and middleware solutions.
- Performance Optimization & Security
- Monitor and enhance Dynamics 365 performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices, role-based access control (RBAC), GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.
- Implement Azure security solutions, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and functional consultants to deliver CRM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CRM developers and administrators.
- Stay updated on Microsoft's CRM roadmap, Power Platform, and emerging technologies.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts by advising on CRM capabilities and architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules :
- Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Hands-on experience in CRM customization, configuration, and development using:
- C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Plugins, workflows, business rules, and web resources.
Experience with Azure integration services :
- Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Expertise in Dataverse, SQL Server, and data modeling for CRM applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and ALM using Azure DevOps.
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive CRM adoption.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with at least 3+ years as a CRM Architect.
Microsoft Certifications (preferred) :
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (nice to have).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with customer experience (CX) strategy and CRM analytics.
- Background in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Dynamics 365 Marketing, HubSpot, or Marketo).
