We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with expertise in JavaScript, C#, Plugins, and the Field Service module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing customizations, integrations, and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on the Field Service module.
Design and implement Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, and C# solutions to enhance CRM functionalities.
Create and manage Power Automate flows, business rules, and form customizations.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using APIs, Web Services, and Azure Logic Apps.
Perform data migration, ETL processes, and troubleshooting using SQL Server.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of CRM components.
Provide technical documentation, training, and support for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Plugin development.
Experience working with Dynamics 365 Field Service module (customizations, work order management, scheduling, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OData, and integration frameworks.
Familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and cloud-based integrations is a plus.
Experience with SQL Server, FetchXML, and SSRS reports.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-240).
Experience in Resco Mobile or other Field Service mobility solutions.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Azure DevOps).
